Ingredients:
2 cups wheat germ
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups chicken broth
2 cloves garlic, minced
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl. Add eggs, oil, broth and minced garlic. Stir until well blended. Prepare Bundt pan or two 8" baking pans with liberal coating of shortening. Sprinkle pan(s) lightly with flour. Pour and bake cake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Let cool before removing cake(s) from pan. Before serving drizzle with small amount of prepared chicken gravy.
